Monsterama #2 continues Allan Graves' UK horror zine, pairing old horror graphics such as drive-in ads with contemporary horror art from artists around the world. This issue is built around the video store: the rows of lurid boxes and the horror movies you used to rent on a Friday night.
Its 100 black and white pages take in slasher characters and chainsaws, rats and mice, old cars, motorcycles and movie posters, all packed tightly in the cut-and-paste style the series is known for. The black and magenta cover sets the tone before you open it.
