Pops ran a tattoo shop and museum in North Carolina, and after his death in 2017 his wife compiled these volumes from his collection. Vol. 1 reproduces vintage acetate and paper tattoo stencils by August "Cap" Coleman, Rex and Brenda Bennett, Bert Grimm, Bob Shaw, Charles Wagner, Walter Cleveland, and Mary Anne Smith, plus business cards and photos.
