Monsterama #1 is where Allan Graves' horror zine began. Made by the UK-based illustrator and tattoo artist, its pages are densely packed with found imagery around a theme, mixing old horror graphics with contemporary horror art.
Across 100 black and white pages you get monsters, vampires, ghouls, ghosts, devils, skulls, werewolves, zombies and panicked pin-ups, plus plenty of the lettering and phrases that came with vintage horror print. It reads like flipping through a crate of old monster magazines and posters, already cut up and arranged.
