This is a cosmetically blemished copy of Old Glory 2: Percy Waters, offered at a discount. The front cover has a bent corner; all 369 pages are complete and unaffected.

The first half documents Percy Waters through rare flash, photographs, ephemera and a biography, with comparison flash from other suppliers of his era. The second half is usable reference: designs redrawn as clean line drawings by Moises Exposito, Christopher Maier and Nick Filth, organized by subject.

A copy without the corner bend is available as the full-price copy.
