Quincy Lee Cooper was a flash collector and tattoo artist in the early days of the industry. He redrew flash, line drawings, and acetate rubbings from artists such as Jack Orr, Bert Grimm, Tex Howard, Sailor Jack Wills, Cap Coleman, E.D. Horton, Percy Waters, and Colorado Nick Wisner into his own style. They were in bad shape when they were discovered recently. Moises Exposito lovingly redrew them a second time, being careful to remain faithful to the originals. With over 1,200 designs adorning the pages of this packed volume, Old Glory is a must-have for any artist's reference library!
