Tattoo Parlor is a family board game built around tattoo art drawn by tattooer Derick Montez. The idea came from his clients who are parents: their kids color and trace their tattoos, ask what each one means and talk about the first tattoo they want. The game turns that curiosity into something the whole family can play.
Players move around the board collecting cards and using the 12 stamps to build designs on their own tattoo sleeve sheets, paying for work with play money as they go. Along the way kids practice patience, taking turns and managing money, and they end each game with their own piece of art. The images are classic tattoo subjects that carry themes of love, adventure, danger and beauty.
The box includes the game board, 12 stamps, 100 cards, 4 playing pieces, tattoo sleeve sheets and play money. It's for 2-4 players, recommended for ages 8 and up, and makes a good gift for tattooed parents, aunts, uncles and friends who want to share the art form with kids.
